Regular business lunch network meetings designed to encourage relationship building between businesses. NRG offers training in networking as well as mentoring.
NRG's prime motivation is to help you be more successful through networking. However NRG is more than a collection of lunch meetings. NRG founders Martin Davies and Kim Sharman are experienced businessmen and experienced networkers. They know what works and what doesn't; what's good about networking and what can be difficult. With that knowledge, the NRG approach means you get all the benefits of successful business networking without the pitfalls. - NRG is organised into groups based on a particular town or city. You can join whichever group you want to, but you're also welcome to attend business lunches held by ALL the groups, not just your own. That way, you can network across as wide a geographic area as you want to - at no extra cost.
- NRG Business Lunches are held monthly. They are well prepared with a friendly and relaxed structure so you won't be wasting your time. Lunches are organised with tables of around eight people. This allows you to start creating business relationships with other lunch guest and NRG members.
- NRG takes great care to ensure that no lunch group has more than four businesses from the same category within it. We also take care to ensure that there is only one representative from a given category at each table.
- You don't join NRG, your business does. We recognise that it's not always possible for a named individual to make all the lunches, so anyone from your business can come along, as best suits you.
- You don't have to be a 'natural' at networking to succeed with NRG. Through the way we organise our lunches, the mentoring and training we offer and the overall networking environment we create, we SUPPORT all our members, so EVERYONE benefits.
